What we supply to you

This package consists of one web page designed purely in HTML, this means there are no fancy animated images or web scripting languages, though you may, of course, have any amount of static images and the size of each page is up to you, please note that large images and large pages take longer to load, so it is recommended that this page should have no more than 5 or 6 images or 10 thumbnail images and be no longer than twice the visible Internet Explorer / Firefox browser window. Designing a web site purely in HTML will help your page gain a top search engine position.

Your web page will be housed on one of Design Web Studio's shared servers. Your page will have a unique domain name based on the property you wish to promote, for instance, a property for sale at 1, The Street, Street Town, Streetshire, ST3 3ET would have the domain name 1TheStreetStreetTownStreetshireST33ET.co.uk. This will help your page gain a top search engine position.

Your web page will be designed in keeping with your existing web site (if you have one) and will consist of contact details, a description of the property and history (where applicable) and a navigation bar designed in HTML.

Your web page will display a slideshow gallery of the property's internal and external features. As an optional extra we can display images in a panoramic view and / or embed video and audio file. Please contact our designers who will be happy to help you with these optional extras.

We will optimise and submit your web page to the three major search engines, Google, Windows Live (MSN) and Yahoo! We will also provide you with a unique domain name based upon the property’s address, this will put you at the very top of a search engine when visitors search for property within that location.

For your visitors, we will add an RSS feed and set up a blog so that interested customers can keep up to date on the latest developments regarding your property. We will also provide a contact form and protect your email address from Internet spidering and spamming by encryption.

We will also link your web page with property related sites, the more sites you are linked to the more exposure your web page will receive. This linking will also greatly improve your search engine ranking.

As an optional extra, we can include your property on many property related sites that offer a pay-per-lead affiliation. Pay-per-lead (PPL) is an advertising payment structure in which the advertiser pays depending on the number of leads delivered.

We will also provide links on this web page directly to your own existing web site (if you have one) so that visitors can gain further information on this property or simply to find similar properties from within their chosen area.

This package is designed with estate agents, real estate agents, individuals selling property privately and property development businesses in mind. It is perfect for an estate agent to promote a property and gain maximum exposure on the internet.

What we require from you

If you don't have an existing web site and for a designer to get an idea of the type of design you would like for this web page, please supply a rough sketch or a list of URL's of sites you like.

A description of the property you wish to promote - this may be in the form of promotional material you may have, for example, a property details sheet, a catalogue or flyer.

A business history (if applicable).

Contact details you would like on your web page such as an email address, telephone or fax numbers, a postal address, and your web sites URL (if applicable).

Any additional content you would like to appear on your web page.

Images you would like on your web page. Images can be supplied in any format but photographs must be supplied in .JPG or .PNG format for quality reasons.

Copies of your music or video files you wish to use, these files will need to be in either mp3, mp4, aac, ra, avi, flv, fla, wmv, rm or mpeg formats.

If you already have a web site and would like to keep this existing design on your individual property page, please supply your web site address.
